Monday, July 18
Round one, 18 holes of stroke play (tee times starting at 8:00).
Tuesday, July 19 - 9:00 Shotgun
Final round. 18 holes of stroke play (shotgun). Awards luncheon immediately following round.
Mid Pines Inn & Golf Club - Room Rate $119
This event raises funds for Friend to Friend, a Moore County non-profit organization whose mission is to help survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault rebuild their lives.
Entry is open to any female amateur golfer who has reached her 16th birthday by July 18, 2022 has a current, verifiable USGA Handicap Index® No residency requirement.
All players must complete an official entry form. The entry fee of $160 must be paid by each player and must accompany application. Only one entry fee per check.

The final field will be comprised the first 78 paid applicants received meeting all eligibility requirements. Alternates are ranked as received. Applicants will be posted with status on www.MooreCountyWomensAmateur.com.
Entry fee refund policy schedule: Open Date to Close Date: Full refund minus donations to Friend to Friend. No refund after July 8, 2022 at 5pm. Alternates not accepted for play will receive a refund of her entry fee. Any additional donation goes to Friend to Friend.
The championship is conducted at 36 holes of stroke play. A tie for over-all low gross champion is determined by an on-course playoff. All other ties will be broken by score card playoff in accordance with USGA recommended procedures. The over-all low net player receives the "Friendship" trophy. Competition Yardage: Appox 5,100 yards
COURSE FEES; GOLF CARTS; CADDIES:
All tournament golf, prize, and award luncheons are included in entry fee. Personal push carts are permitted for both practice and tournament rounds. Caddies are not allowed.
Practice round fee $40
The Moore County Women's Amateur trophy is awarded to the over-all champion and merchandise certificates are awarded to flight winners.
The over-all low net player is the Friendship winner.
The permanent trophy is engraved with the champion's name. This trophy is housed in the Tufts Archives throughout the year in the Village of Pinehurst.
